Our caterers have dished out hundreds of turkey dinners so far - with hundreds more to come on December 25.     Unfortunately, though, at CRH it was so popular they ran out so the caterers there had an emergency Xmas dinner with a chicken breast. Cancer patient Vanessa Starsmore has presented a cheque for more than £1,250  to the unit at the Macmillan Centre at CRH to say a big thankyou for all the care she has received there.

   Halifax rugby league players visited the childrens ward at CRH this week to hand out some treats to the patients.     All patients received a gift box and could expect to find toys, Halifax RLFC game tickets and signed memorabilia.  read more
