Thanks to all colleagues who embraced our two Perfect Weeks in December and January.
You really made it a success in terms of us finding out where the Trust can improve to ensure patients get the very best compassionate care and services we can offer. This means a smoother CHFT service from admittance to discharge by changing the way we operate.
Thanks everyone who became stars of our in-house poster and screensaver campaign. Your views really helped get the message across too.
We have now collected all the findings and highlighted where action can be taken and these will be circulated around the Trust shortly. We hope to introduce these in all areas as quickly as possible to make sure we learn and move on from those two very intensive weeks.
It might not mean we were Perfect but we now know what it takes to get us nearer to Perfect and our patients and their families will receive even better compassionate care.
