CHFT Inclusion Week and new additions to The Cupboard

L-R: Sally Robertshaw, Julie Simpson, Farhana Begum and Jacqui Booth

Here are some of our Our Freedom to Speak Up ambassadors out and about yesterday listening to concerns about rostering.

Rostering was the first Theme of the Month and more monthly themed events are planned.

All conversations with our ambassadors are in confidence - you'll find more information on our intranet pages

Our first Trustwide Inclusion Week starts on Monday 23rd September with loads of activities at CHFT.

We'll be launching the NHS Rainbow Badge initiative, there is an introduction to sign language, we have mindfulness and faith sessions, a Transgender awareness workshop and much, much more.  Everyone is welcome!

The full programme is below - and also on our Equality and Diversity intranet page.

Inclusion Week is just one event that you'll find in our Colleague Engagement Calendar in The Cupboard. Take a look at what's going on here.

Electronic 3R's canvas

Also new this month to The Cupboard is an electronic version of the 3R’s canvas from our suite of Work Together to Get Results tools. You may have seen it in our meeting rooms, but sometimes we just want to type it all out to help the process along.

It means anyone, anywhere (it's built as a standalone webpage) can work on making a breakthrough and crack those thorny problems.

Complete it online (just log in using your usual network password), and once you're happy, you select submit and then share it by email with colleagues.

You'll find it as part of our WT2i recipe in The Cupboard.
