Casson's the King of The Cupboard!

Move over Martin Clunes, there’s a new king of the voice-overs, as our HR Advisor Paul Casson is the man to tell us all about The Cupboard, CHFT's new Organisational Development* Strategy. 

The Cupboard is a new website with lots of visuals and links to useful information, and, importantly for busy colleagues, it has everything in one place for the first time, with everything they need to know about their contribution to delivering compassionate care.

Paul volunteered to be the voice in our animation explaining what The Cupboard is all about, after a call for volunteers from the workforce team to get involved.  So visit to hear him in action and take a look around (it might take a few seconds for the animation to start).

Paul, said: "The Cupboard is bang up-to-date, online and interactive. We know we deliver great patient care, but we want to care for each other too and this strategy has been stocked up with some great feedback from colleagues via the staff survey, Investors in People and tea trolley rounds (see the map in the cupboard!).

"The cupboard is bright, fun and interactive and colleagues should find it easy to read and accessible – not like in the days of old where strategies sat on a management office shelf collecting dust!

"So open the Cupboard door...  and get yourself cooking!"
