Whilst EPR is a major change for colleagues, the impact on patients should be minimal. We’re asking them to understand if things take a little longer whilst we get up-to-speed.
Measure to keep them informed include:
- Pull up banners
- Hospital Radio jingles
- Hospitality Friends – will be giving out information, talking to patients and offering refreshments
- Extended parking
- Outpatient letters have included information for some months
- Social media posts and website updates over cutover and go-live
