Keeping our patients EPR informed

Whilst EPR is a major change for colleagues, the impact on patients should be minimal. We’re asking them to understand if things take a little longer whilst we get up-to-speed.


Measure to keep them informed include:

  • Posters
  • Pull up banners
  • Leaflets
  • Hospital Radio jingles
  • Hospitality Friends – will be giving out information, talking to patients and offering refreshments
  • Extended parking
  • Outpatient letters have included information for some months
  • Social media posts and website updates over cutover and go-live
