The team on Ward 6 this week were singled out for praise from a  family for being so good at communicating.     The family's mum and dad were receiving care on the ward and what struck them was just how well they intropduced themselves at all times.

Apprehensive about having your flu vaccination? Occupational Health here to help with TLC leading the way for flu vaccinations

We know there are some colleagues who find injections difficult, though are keen to protect themselves and those they care about - so we're running a TLC Clinic on an appointment only basis soon.      We're keeping it to appointments to keep it less busy and calm - and colleagues can bring a friend to hand hold if it helps.  read more
